Medallion Fungicide Registered for Greenhouse and Outdoor Ornamentals:

Flowers Canada is pleased to announce that Medallion Fungicide (fludioxonil) has been registered for use on greenhouse and outdoor ornamental crops in Canada. Many thanks to Syngenta Canada for their support of Flowers Canada's label expansion submission. Many thanks to OMAFRA and the PMRA for their assistance with this file as well.

Diseases included on the Medallion Fungicide label are: Alternaria leaf spot (Alternaria alternata, A. zinnae). Rhizoctonia stem rot and aerial blight (Rhizoctonia solani) Botrytis blight/grey mould (Botrytis cinerea), Boxwood blight (Cylindrocladium buxicola), Rhizoctonia stem rot and aerial blight (Rhizoctonia solani), Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum), Black root rot (Thielaviopsis basicola)
