Heritage Maxx Registered for Greenhouse and Outdoor Ornamentals

Flowers Canada is very pleased to announce that Heritage Maxx (azoxystrobin) has been registered for use on greenhouse and outdoor ornamental crops in Canada. Many thanks to Syngenta Canada for their support and effort in Flowers Canada's label expansion submission. Many thanks to OMAFRA and the PMRA for their assistance with this file as well. The original request for a label expansion for this product was submitted over 10 years ago by Flowers Canada and had to be amended many times.

Diseases included on the Heritage Maxx label are: Alternaria Leaf Spot (Alternaria spp.), Anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp.), Botrytis Blight and Grey Mould (Botrytis cinerea), Cercospora Leaf Spot (Cercospora spp.), Downy Mildew (Peronospora spp.), PowderyMildew (Oidium spp., Erysiphe spp.,Spherotheca spp.), Rust (Puccinia spp.), Pythium Root Rot caused by Pythium spp. and Rhizoctonia Root, Crown and Stem Rots caused by Rhizoctonia solani.
